New Payment Gateway Affects Some Tea Club Subscriptions and Saved Payment Methods.

We wanted to update you on some changes at Divinitea regarding our credit card processor. As of today, we have changed companies from to Payeezy for credit card transactions.

How this affects orders

If you order tea and merchandise on a day-to-day basis, you will still be able to order as normal. You may notice that during checkout, the credit card payment option will appear slightly different, this is due to switching credit card processors.

If you have saved credit card payment methods, they will no longer be in our system, as they are stored by our credit card processor for security purposes. If you want to save a credit card payment method, you will have to re-enter it in our new payment gateway.

How this affects tea club subscriptions

If you have purchased tea club subscriptions using credit card payment method, your subscription has been cancelled. You will be contacted with instructions on how to sign up for a new tea club subscription. Please note that if you try to reactivate your cancelled subscription, it will not work because we have switched payment gateways. We will reach out to you with instructions shortly.

If you used PayPal as a payment method when purchasing a tea club subscription, you will be unaffected by the transition. Your subscription will continue as normal.
