It’s a stressful time at home for many of us, which is an opportunity for us to indulge in our cravings. But we’d like to ask you to put that pint of ice cream down for a minute and listen to our next audio interview, because those sweets you’ve been pecking away at might actually be increasing your stress and diminishing your immune system.
As part of a series of audio interviews to help those stuck at home, we spoke with Maureen Robinson, a Certified Herbalist, trained at the North American Institute of Medical Herbalism. She had some helpful advise on what teas to drink, what foods to eat, and what we should stock in our herbal medicine cabinet during these stressful times. We have some helpful links below when you are done listening to explore some of the topics discussed.
