Storing Mulled Wine:

If you have any used wine or whiskey bottles, you can store your mulled wine. A month of aging will enhance the flavors. Properly stored mulled wine will improve with time.. If storing wine for more than a month, fill the bottles as high as possible and seal them tight. Store upright to prevent leaking. It’s natural for a thick sediment to form at the bottom over time. When serving, avoid disturbing this sediment.
